Impact of Manufacturing Servitization on Factor Productivity of Industrial Sector Using Global Value Chain

The current study estimates the impact of manufacturing servitization on industrial productivity from perspective global value chain division. For this purpose, 2000 to 2014, uses World Input–Output Database (WIOD) measure level China’s industry based non-competitive input–output model. Moreover, it develops a unified framework source and structural differences in service factors explores mechanism results showed that if division status is higher, there will be higher effect servitization. Regarding factor country difference, foreign input positively strengthened effect, whereas domestic had no obvious productivity. Furthermore, was found distribution transportation services do not play significant role promoting productivity, modern such as information technology, finance, business have driving effects suggests optimizing layout improving industry.
